In 2020, Holy Fawn shared The Black Moon EP, which the Phoenix New Times hailed as \"\"a ferocious slab of twilight guitar crunch.\"\" In the midst of the Global Pandemic, Holy Fawn carefully assembled what would become Dimensional Bleed. Due to the closure of their practice space and de facto headquarters, the bulk of creation and recording happened remotely. Ryan performed vocals and electronics at home, while Austin and Evan tracked and mixed out of Evan's studio.
