Sound Bend Sessions is launching its first Tiny-Desk style concert with an intimate performance by Michiana native, Paul Spring. With a capacity of just 30 guests, this series is designed to bring South Bend musicians who have made an impact on the national music scene back home for one-of-a-kind shows. The goal: highlight music rooted in the Midwest, support local talent, and create memorable experiences that feel close, personal, and community-driven.
For this special event, we’re partnering with Music Mends and several South Bend businesses to keep costs low and access open. We’ll also be offering free tickets to youth from the Boys & Girls Club, giving young artists and music lovers a chance to experience a professional live performance up close.
Paul Spring has deep ties to South Bend, and being able to welcome him back for a show like this is something truly meaningful to our community. With only 30 seats available, this will be a rare and powerful night of songwriting, storytelling, and music rooted right here in the Midwest.
