For more than two decades, singer/songwriter Herbert Gronemeyer has been Germany's best kept secret, selling millions of albums and CD's and filling stadiums at open air concerts. I Walk is Herbert's greatest hits translated and re-recorded in English language plus new material written in English. Tracks on the album feature guest artists such as Bono of U2, Antony Hegarty of Antony & the Johnsons and James Dean Bradfield of Manic Street Preachers. Songs on the album include 'The Tunnel', composed by Herbert for the soundtrack of the film The American starring George Clooney.
